Let’s start from who HVAC on site is. Chris Walters, the owner and founder of the training center of air conditioning and heating started his school in 2015 after being a contractor for 30 years. His biggest obstacle as a business owner was finding individual to work for him that had skill. We started training contractors here in Texas, it then blew up to doing facilities all over the country such as Freightliner, Chrysler, NXP, Motorola, Northrop Grumman, Facebook / meta and more. Our goal was to reach as many contractors as possible, techs, helpers, and installers in Texas to help them in their day-to-day jobs by being able to properly serve all types of equipment, to be able to provide solutions to energy efficient homes and assist them in diagnostics.

I worked with Texas Air Conditioning Contractors all over Houston for several years. My members stressed the need for non-brand specific training on how things worked. They were tired of sales pitches. I found Chris 6 years ago and we came up with a training program for individuals already working in the field. Whether they have 1 month experience or 30 plus years, we have thousands of students and surveys that will show that If you understand how the equipment works, not brand specific, then you can diagnose and repair it. Ultimately the equipment is the same with variances but know why each component does what it should do and how to see potential variations away from the norm is the key to servicing it.

Each course comes with exercises, demos, and practical hands-on lessons.

We supply everything they need for class, they are welcome to bring their own tools if they prefer. They will receive books and the supplies for each class. We will strengthen their knowledge with questions, exercises, and labs.

Our primary goal is for each person to have a clear understanding of how the systems work, no matter what brand, so that they can best service their customer.
